scarce swallowtail - wild white 2015 is a limited edition collaboration between the winemaker and International artist Kurt Jackson. A lightly oaked Sauvignon blanc made in the cote de Duras. It is soft and fruity, With tropical fruit aromas and a subtle vanilla finish. The Artwork provided by Kurt Jackson is of the scarce swallowtail butterfly: captured during his journeys in the Lot, France. Jackson is keen to promote nature and its conservation and this wine is a celebration of their joint interest in wine, art and nature.
